Over the past 50 plus years, Sensei Kershaw has been fortunate to have trained with some of the world's greatest Japanese masters. He began training in 1973, and soon became a student of Master Hanshi Shiro Asano. He trained as often as possible with Asano Sensei, both in Nottingham where he lives, and also on his visits to his dojo in Grimsby.

Sensei Kershaw is Chief Instructor to KONJAKU SHIN INTERNATIONAL, which strives to keep Traditional Shotokan Karate alive in these days of sport and competition. He teaches karate as a martial art for self-defence.

He is available for courses and examinations worldwide, and would be delighted to discuss your requirements.
